The purpose of this research is knowing the effect of PMV ( Perusahaan Modal Ventura ) and PER ?s ( Pusat Ekonomi Rakyat ) buildings patterns to small scale industries in Jambi Province. The buildings patterns includes aids in funds, and various assistances in manufacturing, managerial and marketing technique. This research was directed to find the difference of financial performance of the business by using several indicators such as Cash Ratio, Working Capital Turnover Ratio, Total Debt to Total Asset Ratio and Return on Equity ( ROE ) to find the difference of financial performance among them.
Sample of this research is 20 small business taken from PMV?s and PER?s partner by judgment sampling technique. Multiple regression analysis with significance alpha 5 % is used to measure the effect of buildings patterns to ROE, and t – test at significance alpha 5 % is used to measure the difference of financial performance.
The result shon?s that aids in funds, assistance in manufacturing, managerial, marketing technique and buildings patterns have significant effect to ROE?s small business simultaneously. In partial sense, there are three variables i. e. aids in fund, manufacturing, and marketing technique that have positive effect to ROE, but menagerie?s variable and buildings patterns variable don?t. the result also describes that there is a change Cash Ratio and Working Capital Turnover Ratio of the industries. On the contrary found out to average Total Debt to Total Assets Ratio and ROE.
